Central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and excellent staff support enhanced our experience, especially the helpfulness of the reception team. However, the unexpected intrusion by staff during our stay was quite unsettling, and cleanliness could have been better as we found a personal towel that didn't belong to us. The noise from the street was distracting at night, impacting sleep quality, despite a generally pleasant stay overall.
